Years Promoting Concerts

"I have been very pleased with the entire Spencer Concert Systems staff. [After] ordering the Platinum Course two years ago, [I] still refer back to it almost every Concert I promote. I have done eight Concerts thus far and made money on six of them. Without the Spencer Concert Systems Course, I would never have learned how to do it right. I heartily endorse this Course."

Our Story

Hello, my name is Jack Spencer, and some years back, I decided to become a Concert Promoter. I was very young and didn’t know what I was doing. I started part-time and doing one show at a time… Learning, making mistakes, etc… Finally, in the early 2000s, I left my full-time job and took the plunge. Once you get going, you can too!

I had become a concert promoter because I got tired of not seeing the bands I liked live and in concert.

About the Concert Promoters Business: In the early days, there was no one to teach or show me what to do to be a Concert Promoter and book bands. We had to learn it on our own, on-the-job training. All I knew then was that I wanted to bring good bands to our city and make money doing it. Some were good, some I lost money on, but I learned the business the hard way. I was upset that no one could “show me how.”

So much has changed in the last ten years: all good news for concert promoters.
